    Ink names are approximations of Risograph spot inks, not licensed colour data — the hex beside each name is this press’s screen recipe. Overlap tiles are computed per channel as a×b÷255, the same multiply the proof’s blend mode performs, then read back off the painted tile. The proof surface adds paper grain and ink-density shading on top, so it will not match a flat tile pixel for pixel. Label ink is chosen per tile for the highest measured contrast.
